Cancellation can be made via telephone, fax or e-mail and not later than 2 days (48 hours) prior to your confirmed arrival date. |
Extra persons and children

All rates are per apartment/rooms occupied in the apartment in some cases/ which means that the number of occupants doesn't matter actually. Following this policy children are welcome but apartments-sofia.com doesn't have responsibility to provide extra beds or any special conditions which might be necessary. |
Pets are not allowed, but in special occasions this restriction could be negotiable. |
